The service experience was great. Greeted immediately upon arrival. I thought the recall fix would take much longer but within 20 minutes they had completed the job. The waiting area is very comfortable and having access to wifi allowed me to finish work remotely.

When I go to your dealership at 11:00 A.M. after driving 86 miles, he had the vehicle I was interested in setting up front with the engine running and the lights on. After a grooling session of being placed on hold by several other vendors trying to get a payout for my vehicle as well as trying to unlock records for my credit, I was finally able to leave With my Nissan Texas Titan at 3:20 P.M. For months I had been debating on Toyota RAV 4 vs. Honda CRV. No comparison, CRV comes standard with all the stuff RAV doesn’t, This was a no brainer! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my New CR-V EX-L and I love my girl Robyn Dayton who sold me my new baby! She was sensitive to how much I was paying out and made sure to give me a great deal! I still CANNOT believe how much she gave me for my trade! The staff was very respectful and kind. Was trying really hard to find a brand new manual transmission Honda Accord. This dealership had one and they gave me a good deal on it. Thank you for this! The staff are wonderful and the car is excellent! I highly recommend this dealership when buying a car from as some dealerships are crooks and often very mean. Buy manual cars people they are slowly vanishing and far far more fun to drive once you learned how to use it!

He was not your typical pushy salesperson which was GREATLY APPRECIATED! He gave us plenty of time to look around and test drive this vehicle. I was very pleased with Robyn and would recommend her to anyone not looking for your typical shady car salesman. She was very helpful and straightforward about every question we had. This is the first non-subaru car purchase I've ever made and while I still enjoy Subaru, I got tired of the rigamorole at John Howard, not to mention the dollar signs in the salesmen's eyes when they saw a woman roll into their lot.

Had a great experience. I did a lot of research on the car I wanted and was sure I wanted the Mazda 6. I called the Dealership and got Smitty. He was just great. When I went for a test drive, he explained everything about the vehicle. He really knows his cars. They didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but was able to go on-line and find it. In a day they had it in stock and I picked it up. Duane was also just great. He explained everything about the financing. There was nothing hidden. I got a great trade-in on my 21 year old Honda Accord. It only had 202,970 miles on it. I just love my new Mazda 6......And love the deal I got.
